Recreational resort activities abound at Playacar Palace. Take a refreshing swim or soak in the sun in our sparkling pool, with its kiddie section for the young ones and a swim up bar for the grownups. Join in an aqua aerobics class for some fun exercise. The gorgeous beach at Playacar Palace is large and smooth so it's perfect for wading, long walks on the beach, flying kitesor playing beach volleyball. Or soak in the Caribbean sea (something along those lines) or enjoy and thrilling water sports adventures await – windsurfing, fishing, diving, snorkeling – nearly endless options A supervised Kids Club provides a variety of fun activities to keep the kids engaged.

For an invigorating workout, enjoy a cardio session in the fitness center at the Golf Club, where you can exercise with weight machines and free weights or join in one of the yoga or Pilates classes. Other options include a nearby tennis court or a trip on our scheduled transportation to Wet'nWild water park.

For adventures beyond our walls, there are a number of tantalizing choices. The town of Playa del Carmen is perfect for a family stroll through authentic Mexican shops and restaurants, as well as for a visit to the upscale 5th Avenue district.
