- Guests staying at the Iberostar Tucan, Iberostar Paraiso del Mar or the Iberostar Cozumel have complimentary daytime exchange privileges at any of these hotels. Honeymooners
- Honeymooners will receive a fruit basket and two Just Married T-shirts. Reservations must be commented at time of booking and proof of marriage may be required at check in. Valid for bookings made March 14, 2003 and beyond for travel June 1, 2003 - August 31, 2003.
Children's Programs and Activities - Tucky's Club - offering supervised activities for children ages 5-16. There are three different clubs
available for children between the ages of 5 and 16 from 10:15 am to 5:00 pm. The Mini-Club is for kids between 5 and 7, the Maxi-Club is for 8 to 12, and the Teeny Club is for 13 to 16.

 The Iberostar Tucan is situated directly on a 1/8 mile stretch of white sandy beach. There is a 5- Star SCUBA Diving Center offering optional dives
for certified divers and certification courses for new divers (there's an extra charge for these services)
There is a lake pool, kids pool, activity pool and adult pool. The spectacular 36,000 sq ft lake pool has a central island covered with palm trees
complete with a jacuzzi.The adult pool is in the rocks of a cenote, with a beautiful cascading waterfall. There is a swim up bar.

Golf is available nearby. The Playacar Golf Club is approximately 15 km away from the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar.
Playacar's championship-level golf course was carved right out of the jungle by the Robert Von Hagge Associates. This 7,202 yard course is rated 73.1 and has plenty of tee boxes for every level of play. It is situated next to Playa del Carmen.
Cost is approximately $120.00 cart included.
Lessons are available. Club Rental fee $40.00.

 The Iberostar Tucan offers 350 rooms in individual Bungalow style buildings. Keeping in perfect harmony with the ecology and environment, each Bungalow is surrounded by 28
acres of lush and exuberant tropical gardens.

minibar, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and hair dryer. Bedding - 1 king or 2 queens
Occupancy limits - 4 adults, 2 children, 4 total

Policies

Hotel Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival or no shows incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product
penalties. (Valid now through December 22, 2004)
Hotel Deposit Requirements - A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.
Hotel Spring Break Policy -
- Hotel will accept individual and student group bookings. A refundable deposit of $100 per person and credit card are required at time of check
in.
- Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
- Guests may be required to sign an agreement/list of rules at check in.
- At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check in for individual student bookings.
- At least one adult for every 3 students is required for student group bookings.
