Fitness at Swept Away

Swept Away provides free fitness evaluations for all guests and then customizes an individual training program for guests to begin at the resort and then take home to continue.

Swept Away's fitness instructors are certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association (AFAA) and are eager to provide individual guidance and encouragement.


Sports classes and activities begin daily at 7 a.m. for early birds and go on until 7 p.m. The Sports Complex remains open to 11 p.m.

Swept Away offers a fully-equipped gym with state-of the art equipment, a Parcourse fitness circuit, bicycles, an aerobics studio, Jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms.


	You´ll also find two swimming pools. The 25 meter swimming pool with lap lanes is ideal for the serious swimmer who wants to include distance swimming as part of a fitness regime. The free form swimming pool located near the beach is a great place to relax for the less energetic.
