- No travel will be permitted over blackout dates. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Reservations can only be made 28 days prior to departure, and not less than two weeks prior to expiration date. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
- All fully completed Personalized Go Away Gazette Profile entries received by Midnight November 31st, 2003 will be placed in a random drawing to be held December 1st, 2003.
- The winner will be notified via e-mail by December 1st, 2003. If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time frame, an alternate winner will be drawn.
- You must be 21 years of age or older to win. Winners will be asked for a photo, proof of identity and age.
- The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted and is not redeemable for cash.
- By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, Go Away Groups, www.GoAwayTravel.com, any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize.

- Participants must be residents of The United States.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable international, state and local taxes.
- Employees of www.GoAwayTravel.com and all sponsors, their spouses and families are not eligible to win.
- Winners agree to allow GoAwayTravel.com and the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names and/or photographs for publicity of this promotion.
- Winner must contact www.GoAwayTravel.com at 1-888-314-2929 by Midnight CST on December 7th, 2003 to accept prize. If winner has not contacted www.GoAwayTravel.com by that time, a new winner will be selected.
- Personal expenses (phone calls, purchases, airport surcharges, departure taxes, transfers etc.) are not included.
- Round-trip air from closest gateway to winner where Apple Vacations provides charter service to Cancun. Restrictions on dates and seasons for airfare may apply. Winner is responsible for transportation to closest gateway or may choose to forfeit airfare and use only the land portion of the prize. All air taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner if airfare is used.
- Any additional resort fees are the responsibility of the winner.
