El Dorado - A la Carte air conditioned Intenational Steakhouse. reservations required. Men must wear long pants for dinner.

El Gran Azul - 1 large buffet restaurant designed with an open plan allowing its diners toexperience the magnificent surroundings and views of the main pool. This restaurant serves continental breafast, lunch from 12 noon to 4:00 pm, snacks 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

II Vaticano - This is an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a Mediterranean flareReservations are required. Men must wear long pants for dinner.

La Adelita - A la carte Mexican restaurant. Air conditioned. Reservations Required. Men must wear long pants for dinner.

Sumtuori - Japanese a la carte restaurant, reservations are required. Air Conditioned Men must wear long pants for dinner.

Tikal & La Hacienda - 2 large air-conditioned buffet restaurant with a "Creole Corner' and nightly show cooking.

Coupon system for a la carte dining: 3 nights= 1 coupon, 4-6 nights= 2 coupons, and 7 nights or longer= 3 coupons.

Bars and Lounges

Standard Room

• The standard room has 2 doubles or king, balcony or terrace, phone, A/C satellite TV, mini-bar & safe. Max 4 adults.

Junior Suites

• The junior suites offer 2 doubles or 1 king, and pull out queen sofa-bed, full bath balcony or terrace, phone, A/C, satellite TV, mini-bar, safe.full bath. This Jr suite is one room not two. Room takes 4 adults max or 2 adults & 3 kids (12&under).

Mayan Suite

• The Adults Only Mayan Suite has 1 king bed, balcony or terrace, phone, A/C, satellite TV mini-bar, safe, Hydro Massage tub and Mayan shower Room takes 2 adults max.

• We just returned from the Palladium in the Riviera Maya and everything was perfect. We went to the Tulum Ruins, did an ATV tour and swam in several cenotes, went deep sea fishing, shopped in Playa del Carmen and snorkeled off the beach from the resort. I would highly recommend this resort. - Miriam L. - Aug. ‘05

• The buffets were decent, but the sit-down restaurants were bad. The food was poor quality and badly prepared. In fact, we just found the buffets were better overall. The alcohol choices were very limited and generally poor quality. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I gave the resort location a good rating since it was secluded and had a very nice beach. This resort has very little to offer. That being said, the two lobbies and the swimming pool were attractive and relaxing, but it is tough to make seven days out of those things alone. - Michael J. - Oct. ‘04

• This resort is very well maintained. The staff are all very nice and more than willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. This resort is a bit of a drive from the airport but worth every minute. If you like the hustle and bustle of downtown Cancun this is not the place for you! However, if you just simply want to relax by the pool or on the beach this is your spot. the food was overall very good. I am a very picky eater but always found something that I liked. The steak house was a nice sit down service meal with good food. I highly recommend this resort to anyone needing to get away! - Corey J. - Jun. ‘04
• The first room they put us in was a Standard room, not the Junior Suite we reserved. We called the desk and after the bellboy explained the situation to them, we got our Suite in a timely manner.
