The terms and conditions set forth herein are the sole contracts between, located at 2977 Highway K #277, O'Fallon, MO, 63366, and the tour participant(s). Payments for air passage and/or tour programs are accepted by only with the understanding that the participant(s) has been made aware of, and agrees to, all conditions of this contract prior to sending such payments.

Changes and Cancellations: It is strongly recommended that you purchase Travel Protection at the time of deposit for your vacation package.

The following fees will apply to all cancellations, in addition to any applicable airline penalties: Cancellations 45 days or more prior to departure will incur a $75 per person cancellation penalty. Cancellations made 31 - 44 days prior to departure will incur a $175 per person cancellation penalty. There will be no refunds for vacation packages canceled within 30 days of departure.

The following penalties will apply to all changes: Amendments will incur a $50 per person amendment fee, plus any applicable hotel, cruise line or airline penalties.

Documentation for US Citizens: Travel to the Caribbean/Mexico requires that U.S. citizens carry proof of citizenship. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to research and obtain any needed documentation for his or her foreign destination trip. Passengers denied boarding because of improper documentation will receive no refund.

Travel Protection - We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel your vacation. We are pleased to offer low-cost insurance programs that offer you financial protection. There are various plans available, depending on the vacation package you select. For a copy of the insurance coverage that applies to your vacation package, please contact your Travel Specialist.

Final payment is due in our office no later than 50 days prior to departure (70 days prior for cruises). A $25 per person late fee will be assessed if final payment is not received by this date. If we have not received final payment at 40 days prior to travel, your vacation package will automatically be canceled and there will be no refund of your deposit.
