Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions set forth herein are the sole contract between GoAwayTravel.com, located at 1813 West Randoph, St. Charles, MO, 63301, and the tour participant(s). Payments for air passage and/or tour programs are accepted by GoAwayTravel.com only with the understanding that the participant(s) has been made aware of, and agrees to, all conditions of this contract prior to sending GoAwayTravel.com such payments.
Cancellation & Revision Fees:
Go Away Travel will charge a $100 per person cancellation fee in addition to any airline, tour operator or hotel cancellation charges for any bookings canceled 50 days or less prior to travel and a $25 per person cancellation fee in addition to any airline, tour operator or hotel cancellation charges for any bookings canceled 51 days or more prior to travel.
Go Away Travel will charge a $50 per person revision fee in additional to any tour operator, airline or hotel revision fees.
Documentation for US Citizens:
Travel to the Caribbean/Mexico requires that U.S. citizens carry proof of citizenship. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to research and obtain any needed documentation for his or her foreign destination trip. Passengers denied boarding because of improper documentation will receive no refund.
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel your vacation. We are pleased to offer low-cost insurance programs that offer you financial protection. There are various plans available, depending on the vacation package you select. For a copy of the insurance coverage that applies to your vacation package, please contact your GoAwayTravel.com Travel Specialist.
Final payment is due in our office no later than 50 days prior to departure (70 days prior for cruises). A $25 per person late fee will be assessed if final payment is not received by this date. If we have not received final payment at 40 days prior to travel, your vacation package will automatically be canceled and there will be no refund of your deposit.
Reward and Promotional Credit Redemption Rules:
Reward credits and promotional credits have no cash value. Credits may be used towards vacation packages only and may not exceed $50 per booking for domestic travel or stays of 4 nights or less. For bookings of 7 nights or more, credits may not exceed $100. Credits are valid only through the agent from whom it has been issued. Unfortunately, credits cannot be applied to a booking once it has been paid in full and may not be used towards initial deposit. Not combinable with other agency specific discounts.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Your reservation is booked with tour operator(s) with whom GoAwayTravel.com contracts. By virtue of making deposit or full payment on your reservation, you are agreeing to the terms listed in the applicable tour operator agreement(s). If your tour operator is not listed below, please contact your travel specialist:
